My home experienced substantial water damage which resulted in damage to the dining room ceiling. The HVAC unit leaked such substantial amounts of water that it caused large wet chunks of plaster to drop from my dining room ceiling. My insurance agent advised me that I should work with a fire/water restoration company to have the repairs properly addressed. They referred me to Unlimited Fire Restoration, Inc. As a first time homeowner, I was devastated to find that the seller of our home had covered up a longtime water leak which originated from a defective second floor HVAC unit. Adrian from Unlimited Fire Restoration came out, inspected the damage, and provided an estimate for repair the very same day. He also provided us with best and worst case scenarios so that we would not be “surprised” in the event they encountered additional problems resulting from the water damage. I advised Adrian that my fiance and I were getting married in a few weeks, and despite their packed schedule, he was able to expedite our work order and have somebody start the following week.

The workers were extremely courteous. They sealed off all unaffected areas to contain the construction zone. Even though delivery of our new light fixture was delayed, the workers returned, retrieved the delivery off of our front stoop, opened it, put it together, and hung it for us. For the first time since moving into our first home over a year ago, we have a dining room we are proud of.

Often when seeking the services of a company such as Unlimited Fire Restoration, customers are at their most vulnerable as there is nothing more devastating to a homeowner than the effects of fire or water damage. The threatened loss of your home and your belongings is almost too much to bear.
